Celli Horstman

Celli Horstman, M.P.P., joined the Fund in 2021 as a senior research associate in the Health Care Delivery System Reform program. She is responsible for providing research and writing support, and program management for the program as well as on general delivery system reform issues. She also will provide research and writing support for the Advancing Health Equity program. Prior joining the Fund, she served as a senior data analyst in Health Care Programs at NORC. While there, she provided significant support to large health surveys, developed expansive reports for clients with survey data, and supported their program’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiative. Horstman received her M.P.P. from Duke University and B.S. in political science from Florida State University.
