The National Coalition on Health Care will conduct two briefings to educate congressional staff and the broader public on drug-pricing arbitration. The first briefing will be bipartisan and bicameral, including committee staff of jurisdiction and staff of congressional support agencies like the Congressional Budget Office. The objective is to enable members and staff to learn and engage in discussion regarding proposals that encompass Part D drug-pricing arbitration. A second briefing will be open to all health staff and media.
