Shreya Roy, Ph.D., is a researcher at the Center for Evidence-Based Policy at the Oregon Health and Science University. Prior to that, she was a researcher at the Oregon Center for Children and Youth with Special Health Needs, also part of the Oregon Health and Science University. Roy earned an M.S. in biochemistry and molecular biology and a Ph.D. in health services research, administration, and policy, both from the University of Nebraska.
