To enable primary care to successfully meet the vaccination and other needs of populations at risk, the Ariadne team proposes two streams of work. First, Ariadne will build tools to assist policymakers in analyzing the promise and challenges of delivering COVID-19 vaccines through primary care. Ariadne will develop related tools for local primary care site leaders to analyze the operational and financial implications of offering COVID-19 vaccine services. Second, the Ariadne team will refine previously developed tools to assist state planners to identify and map vaccine deserts, identify providers who can fill in the gaps, and support those providers in engaging their communities in vaccination and other primary care needs.
