This grant will support five fellows for the 2023–24 class who will pursue either an M.P.H. degree at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health or an M.P.A. degree at the Harvard Kennedy School. Fellows will complete their academic curriculum; participate in a leadership curriculum focused on developing minority leaders through seminars, forums, and workshops; receive mentorship; and take part in networking activities. Fellows also will gain practical experience through a required practicum and will develop a health equity–focused project, findings from which they will present before graduating.
