For this project, the Guttmacher Institute will leverage their data, expertise, and relationships with legal, state, and national organizations to generate and disseminate updated and timely content that will highlight the implications of the Supreme Court’s recent Dobbs decision on marginalized populations. The outputs of this project — research analysis, op-eds/blog posts, and a panel discussion — will identify the impacts of state and federal abortion policy changes on marginalized populations and provide evidence-based resources to advocates, organizations, the media, and policymakers to ensure support for policies and programs that promote equity in abortion access and health care services.
