Molly O’Malley Watts

Molly O’Malley Watts, M.P.P., is owner and principal at Watts Health Policy Consulting LLC. She has more than 20 years of experience working on policy and implementation issues related to Medicaid, the Affordable Care Act, and long-term care with an emphasis on individuals with disabilities and people dually eligible for Medicare and Medicaid. She conducts quantitative and qualitative policy research on beneficiary access to care, managed care, and emerging models of health care delivery and financing. Prior to her consulting work, O’Malley Watts was a principal policy analyst at the Henry J. Kaiser Family Foundation, where she authored numerous reports on Medicaid financing, coverage, and access to care for seniors and people with disabilities. She also served under the Clinton Administration at the U.S. Office of Management and Budget. O’Malley Watts received her M.P.P. from the Georgetown University McCourt School of Public Policy and her B.A. in biology from Princeton University.
