Jane Andrews, M.H.S., is an independent consultant with expertise in Medicare Advantage policy, benefits, and operations; accountable care organization model development and implementation; and innovation in value-based insurance design. Before consulting she held a variety of positions at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Andrews earned an M.H.S. in health finance and management from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
