Premiums Decline in Colorado and Connecticut, Rise in Minnesota and Vermont

<p>With support from The Commonwealth Fund, NORC at the University of Chicago is building a state-by-state database of health insurance plans offered in the Affordable Care Act’s marketplaces, featuring final data on premiums, deductibles, out-of-pocket limits, and other benefit design elements. In a series of blog posts and an interactive map, Jon Gabel, Heidi Whitmore, and colleagues are reporting information for 2015 health plans as it becomes available.</p><p>Today, The Commonwealth Fund published the <a href="/blog/2014/marketplace-premiums-decline-colorado-and-connecticut-rise-minnesota-and-vermont">third blog post</a> in the series.
