<p>The National Leadership Summit on Eliminating Racial and Ethnic Disparities in Health convenes leaders from government, media, academia, public health, mental health, minority-serving institutions, and minority communities.<br><br>This year's meeting, "Embracing a Common Destination: Improving Health Outcomes for All Americans," held January 9-11 in Washington, DC, focused on patient-provider communication, the personalization of health care, and strengthening health disparities leadership, among many other topics. A number of Commonwealth Fund staff and grantees took part in panel discussions, including Anne C.
