Harvard Minority Health Policy Fellowship Program Survey
<p>Dear Fellowship Participant, </p>
<p>As you may know, the Commonwealth Fund has engaged Jack Hoadley and Laura Summer of Georgetown University to conduct an assessment of the Harvard Minority Health Policy Fellowship Program. We periodically request assessments of the programs we fund to ensure that they are working as well as possible and to identify any areas for improvement. </p>
<p>As part of the assessment, you and all alumni fellows are being asked by the Georgetown team to complete a confidential survey about your career experience since completing the program. We also would like to hear your suggestions for improving the fellowship experience. We hope that you will take the time to complete the survey. </p>
<p>Shortly, you will receive an e-mail from Jack Hoadley at Georgetown sent through SurveyMonkey. We hope you will click on the link in that email to start the survey, which should take no more than 30 minutes to complete. </p>
