Building Bridges Policy Seminar
<p>Join The Commonwealth Fund and AcademyHealth on Wednesday, February 14, in Washington, D.C., for the second "Building Bridges: Making a Difference in Long-Term Care" Policy Seminar. This event is part of a strategic initiative that brings together policy leaders, providers, consumer advocates, researchers, and funders to discuss critical issues in long-term care.<br><br>The 2007 Policy Seminar will focus on transitions between settings in long-term care, identifying areas where public policy might help reduce the need for transitions and make those that are necessary more transparent and successful.<br><br>The meeting will be held between 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., in conjunction with AcademyHealth's National Health Policy Conference in Washington, D.C.
