Over the course of six months, the Center for Health Care Strategies will provide technical assistance to Maryland Medicaid to bring Medicaid managed care organizations on as an aligned payer to the Maryland Primary Care Program, the result of which would be written up in a concept paper for the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation’s consideration. The team also will disseminate technical model features as well as lessons learned from the process to a broader audience via a short issue brief or blog post.
