Building on their recent work, the Center for Health Security team at Johns Hopkins will identify and prioritize federal policy opportunities for integration of primary care, public health, and community-based organizations (CBOs) focused on: 1) advancing payment reform to incentivize integration; 2) engaging CBOs in public health–primary care models; and 3) improving data and linkages. The team will use a mixed-methods, rapid-cycle approach, including a literature review, key informant interviews, a working group, and an advisory panel. They will summarize findings in a report that also will feature recommendations for federal legislative, policy, and program reforms.
