Online Focus (Video-Chat) Groups with High Need High Cost Respondents

SSRS will partner with 20/20 Research, a worldwide leader in online qualitative research, and experienced online focus group moderators to conduct four online “video-chat” focus groups. During each 90 minute focus group discussion, 6-8 participants will be asked about their top health concerns, priorities for managing their health and difficulties they face in navigating the health system. Two focus groups will be conducted with HNHC adults age 65+, one with HNHC adults under age 65, and one will be with caregivers of HNHC adults. Commonwealth Fund staff will develop the first draft of the focus group guide and collaborate with SSRS on the final guide. These focus groups will most directly impact internal staff in our further development of our HNHC survey.
