The Harvard team will assess how Medicaid work requirements in Kentucky and Arkansas affect enrollment of low‐income residents in the program; these individuals’ access to care; employment levels; and other outcomes. The survey will include new questions about low‐income adults’ awareness and experience with the work requirements, as well as their current and prior‐year employment status. This information will be used to analyze differences in enrollment and access to coverage over time and between states.
