The Center for Healthcare Management, led by a past Harkness Fellow, will 1) identify international organizations focused on health policy and delivery system innovation and 2) conduct semistructured qualitative interviews with 30 leaders of organizations around the world. The project aims to understand the Commonwealth Fund’s current place in the international landscape of organizations working in its core programmatic areas. The results of the interviews will be summarized in a stakeholder map and SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis that will inform the creation of the international program’s strategic plan.
