SSRS will work with the Commonwealth Fund to conduct the 2020 International Health Policy Survey in 11 countries: Australia, Canada, France, Germany, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States. A total of approximately 6,000 adults will be surveyed. Survey questions will focus on a set of core measures that can be tracked over time: access to care; out-of-pocket costs; insurance complexity and administrative burden; care coordination; and management of chronic conditions. There will be a new module on behavioral health, social services, and navigation of the health care and social care systems.
