The project will generate early insights into how integrated delivery systems are engaging with PGHD, how EHR vendor decisions affect integrated delivery system approaches to PGHD, and the patient priorities and potential benefits related to sharing PGHD. The project will also seek insight into how PGHD capabilities may provide a path to bidirectional data sharing between patients and providers. This will be achieved through 10 qualitative interviews with health system or EHR vendor leaders to understand technical capabilities, implementation and workflow planning, and organizational priorities and concerns related to PGHD. Focus groups with patients will be conducted to understand patient priorities, preferences, and capabilities related to PGHD.
