The Bipartisan Policy Center (BPC) project team will continue to provide evidence‐based information, convene key stakeholder organizations, and host public events to support the effective implementation of the CHRONIC Care Act, which the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services will begin implementing through proposed and final rule‐making over the next 12 months. Second, BPC will identify additional barriers in fee‐for‐service Medicare to the spread and scale of effective payment and delivery models and will develop policy options to mitigate or eliminate those barriers. Third, the team will review previously proposed policy improvements to determine what can be done through regulation and then update and improve those proposals.
