This project will support the inclusion of 10 questions in the Texas Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) supplement. The Long-Term Quality Alliance will analyze the data and disseminate results on long-term services and supports (LTSS) needs and service use among working age adults with disabilities, including: the disability population and the subset of that population with LTSS needs; the proportion of the population with LTSS needs whose needs are met and unmet; the nature, amount, and source of payment for services for the population whose needs are met; and the nature and amount of unmet need. Critically, the team will analyze the data by race and ethnicity to uncover disparities in LTSS needs and service use.
