This project will support the recruitment, selection, and U.S. tenure of Harkness Fellows from up to eight countries. Targeting midcareer professionals — policymakers, researchers, clinical leaders, health care and insurance executives, and journalists — the fellowship provides a unique opportunity to spend 12 months studying health care delivery reforms and policy issues affecting the U.S. and fellows’ home countries. The 2021–22 class will include up to 10 fellows (one each from Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Norway, and Germany/Netherlands, two from France, and three from the United Kingdom).
