Health Reform & You: Improving Care for Vulnerable Populations

Riley explains how the Affordable Care Act will help to improve the delivery of care and health outcomes for these groups. Medicaid expansion under the Affordable Care Act, Riley adds, will bring coverage to millions who need it and also help to sustain safety-net facilities.
