WhyNotTheBest.org, The Commonwealth Fund's health care performance benchmarking site, was recently named a "Health Data All-Star" by the Health Data Consortium, a public–private group promoting access to public sources of held health data. The 50 resources in the Health Data All-Stars directory were selected by researchers, government officials, entrepreneurs, and advocates.
