Last September, the AARP Public Policy Institute, The Commonwealth Fund, and The SCAN Foundation released the first-ever State Scorecard on Long-Term Services and Supports, which ranked states' long-term care systems. A new set of AARP case studies reveals what factors distinguished states that performed well on the Scorecard from lower-ranked states. The case studies, as well as the full Scorecard report and state-specific data, are available at www.longtermscorecard.org. Also available on The Commonwealth Fund Blog is a post by AARP's Susan C.
