In the second of a two-part interview for the PBS program the Open Mind, Commonwealth Fund President David Blumenthal, M.D., spoke with the late Richard Heffner about the troubled rollout of the Affordable Care Act and aspects of the law that have not been well covered in the media. In the previous episode, Heffner spoke with Blumenthal about U.S. presidents' long involvement in health care reform. The two episodes, which aired in December, were among the final broadcasts of Heffner's long-running show.
