Doctors in New Zealand’s Medical Association and pharmacists in the Pharmaceutical Society of New Zealand are working together to create an Integrated Health Care Framework. The goal is to coordinate doctors’ diagnoses and pharmacists’ expertise to achieve better patient outcomes and develop new models of care.
