States must accelerate improvement in long-term services and supports for older people and adults with disabilities, according to a new state scorecard released by AARP and supported by The Commonwealth Fund and The SCAN Foundation. The report shows that while most states have made some progress in the last three years, the slow pace of change has not kept up with the increasing needs of an aging population.
