The Commonwealth Fund is pleased to announce the members of next class of the Australian–American Health Policy Fellowship: Tracy L. Johnson and Yuting Zhang. Ms. Johnson, the director of health care reform initiatives at Denver Health and Hospital Authority and an assistant professor at the Colorado School of Public Health, will seek to adapt a tool for predicting hospital patients’ likelihood to be rehospitalized and examine whether predictive performance may be improved by incorporating nonhospital information, including social and behavioral factors. And Ms. Zhang, an associate professor of health economics, health policy, and management and director of the Pharmaceutical Economics Research Group at the University of Pittsburgh, will evaluate variation in quality and coordination of care across Australia’s Primary Health Networks.
