Thomas Trail, M.S., has served for the past three years as a research analyst at the Center for State Health Policy at Rutgers, where he is currently working on an in-depth analysis of state pharmacy assistance programs. Prior to coming to the Center for State Health Policy, Mr. Trail spent five years as a research analyst with the psychology department at Princeton University investigating student values, extracurricular participation, academic development, and psychological well-being. Mr. Trail received his master's degree in applied/experimental psychology from Virginia Tech, where he studied community health psychology.
