Sarah Grace

Sarah Grace is manager of member analytics at CareJourney, after serving as a senior analyst. She advises clients including payers, value-based provider networks, and health care management companies in transforming care and achieving value through big data analytics. Grace specializes in the analysis of Medicare claims data to focus on areas such as telehealth, postacute care, risk coding, and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Alternative Payment Models including the Medicare Shared Savings Program, Direct Contracting, and Bundled Payments for Care Improvement. Prior to joining CareJourney, she worked at Advisory Board (now part of Optum), where she specialized in questionnaire design, administration, and data analysis for surveys of professionals and consumers across the health care sector. Grace graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a B.S. in statistics from Brown University.
