Robert A. Greene, M.D., is associate medical director of RIPA and a clinical assistant professor of medicine at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. He also maintains a small geriatrics practice. Dr. Greene received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University and his M.D. from the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Greene has a special interest in physician-performance measurement. In addition, he is a member of the Symmetry (Ingenix) Medical Advisory Board, the Ambulatory Care Quality Alliance Performance Measurement Workgroup, and several technical expert panels on efficiency measurement. He has published widely on cost and quality-improvement issues. In 2005, Dr. Greene co-founded Focused Medical Analytics in order to bring the techniques developed at RIPA to a wider audience.
