Rebecca A. Gourevitch, M.S., is a research assistant at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and Harvard Medical School. Her primary research interests are health insurance coverage and how it impacts access and utilization of care among low-income and vulnerable populations. In particular, her current projects focus on the effects of coverage expansions under the Affordable Care Act and the role of price and quality transparency in health care consumerism. Previously, Rebecca worked at the Center for Studying Health System Change/Mathematica Policy Research, in Washington, D.C. She holds a M.S. in Health Policy and Management from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a B.A. in Psychology from Carleton College.
