Patricia MacTaggart

Patricia MacTaggart is a lead research scientist and associate professorial lecturer in the Department of Health Policy at George Washington University and supports the Multi-State Medicaid Transformation Grant Collaborative. Previously, she was with Health Management Associates and the Health Care Financing Administration (now the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services), and served as Minnesota's Medicaid director.
