Nitzan Arad, LL.M., is an assistant research director for biomedical innovation at the Duke-Margolis Center for Health Policy at Duke University, Washington, D.C. Her work focuses on drug pricing and payment reforms in Medicare and Medicaid, the legal barriers to value-based payment arrangements for medical products and population-based payment models. Before joining Duke-Margolis, she was a director of public policy at Teva Pharmaceuticals. Arad earned an LL.M. from the Duke University School of Law.
