Nia Denise Gooding is a Fulbright Scholar researching the reasons behind high cesarean section rates among Kosovar mothers. She was previously an associate researcher at the Center on Health Insurance Reforms at Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy. She has a B.A. in Government from Dartmouth College.
