Nancy Taylor, M.B.A., is executive director of the Council of Accountable Physician Practices (CAPP), a consortium of 33 of the nation's most prominent physician-led multispecialty group practices. CAPP is dedicated to improving health care delivery through research, innovation, and policy reform. She is also senior director of external relations and communications for The Permanente Federation (the umbrella organization for the eight associated medical groups of Kaiser Permanente), for which she oversees policy, marketing, and communications activities. Previously, Ms. Taylor led her own health care consulting practice and held leadership and consulting positions with The Permanente Medical Group, Hamilton/KSA, and Mercer, Inc. Ms. Taylor has a master's degree in business administration from the Yale School of Management.
