Mindy Lipson

Mindy Lipson, M.P.H., is a director of Manatt Health, where she provides policy analysis and development, research, analytics, project management, and strategic business services to states, health care providers, foundations, and other health care organizations on a broad range of issues, including Medicaid waivers, Medicaid managed care, behavioral health delivery system reform, care management, and home and community-based services. Prior to joining Manatt, Lipson was a health research analyst at Mathematica Policy Research, where she was responsible for conducting quantitative and qualitative data analyses on a wide array of issues, including state and federal health policy and public health programs. Lipson received her M.P.H. from Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health.
