Michelle D. Fiscus, M.D., FAAP, is chief medical officer at the Association of Immunization Managers (AIM), where she leads AIM’s CDC-funded project to improve COVID-19 vaccination rates in children under 5 years of age and helps inform AIM’s products, strategies, and policies. She is a board-certified pediatrician and former medical director of Tennessee’s Vaccine-Preventable Diseases and Immunization Program. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics Board of Directors and has served on workgroups for the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices. Fiscus received her undergraduate and medical degrees from Indiana University and completed her residency in pediatrics at the James Whitcomb Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis.
