Matthew Green, M.P.P., is a former principal research analyst in the Health Care Department at NORC at the University of Chicago. While at NORC, he worked on numerous projects related to the private health insurance market, focusing mainly on trends in premiums and plan offerings for the individual and small-group markets since the passage of the Affordable Care Act. Mr. Green holds a master’s degree in public policy from the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Chicago.
