Kayla Connor, J.D., is a research fellow at the Health Policy Institute, McCourt School of Public Policy, Georgetown University. Her current research addresses the effective implementation of the Affordable Care Act. Ms. Connor is a recent law school graduate. While in law school, she interned with Health Law Advocates, where she primarily researched Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act compliance. She also interned with the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, a judge sitting on the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and Greater Boston Legal Services. Prior to law school, she served as an AmeriCorps member in the New Jersey Watershed Ambassador Program. Ms. Connor holds a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and a B.A. in Biology from Boston University.
