Karen L. Brodsky is an independent health care consultant, specializing in Medicaid managed care research, health plan operations, process improvement, grant writing, and grants management. Previously, Ms. Brodsky was vice president at the Center for Health Care Strategies, Inc., where she led the best clinical and administrative practices initiative, a quality improvement project funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. She has more than 20 years experience in managed care, both as a program administrator and an independent consultant. Ms. Brodsky has a master of health science degree from the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health.
