Jyoti Aggarwal is a research associate in RTI's Health Care Financing and Payment Program. Her work focuses on program evaluation, health care payment systems, health economics, pharmacoeconomics, and outcomes research. She received her M.H.S. in health policy from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
