Jeffrey S. Crowley, M.P.H., is a senior research scholar at Georgetown University's Health Policy Institute. Mr. Crowley has more than 10 years of experience conducting policy research related to people living with HIV/AIDS and others with disabilities. His primary areas of expertise are Medicaid policy, including Medicaid prescription drug policies; Medicare policy; and consumer education and training. Before joining the Health Policy Institute, Mr. Crowley worked for more than six years at the National Association of People with AIDS. He earned a master's of public health degree from Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor of arts degree in chemistry from Kalamazoo College.
