Emily Curran, J.D., M.P.H., is an associate at the law firm McDermott Will & Emery. Previously, she was a research fellow at the Georgetown University Health Policy Institute’s Center on Health Insurance Reforms, where her research focused on private health insurance and the effects of the Affordable Care Act. Ms. Curran received her J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center and her M.P.H. in health policy from George Washington University’s Milken Institute School of Public Health.
