Elizabeth Seeley, M.S., Ph.D., is a health policy consultant and adjunct lecturer on health policy and management in the Department of Health Policy and Management at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. She has more than a decade of research and practical work experience in both domestic and international health policy issues. Prior to her work at Harvard, she was a project manager and researcher in RTI International’s Health Finance and Reimbursement group and has previously held posts at the Massachusetts Hospital Association and the Center for Studying Health System Change. Seeley earned her M.S. from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and her Ph.D. from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
