Elizabeth Hodgman

Elizabeth Hodgman is a former program associate for The Commonwealth Fund's Patient-Centered Primary Care Initiative. Prior to joining the Fund in May 2007, Ms. Hodgman worked at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center as a Research Study Assistant III, Breast Medicine. Ms. Hodgman was responsible for overseeing seven clinical research studies in breast cancer supported by the National Cancer Institute. She managed data collection, performed quality control and data analysis. She tracked patients throughout the study and met with them to explain the studies and assist with the informed consent process. While at Sloan-Kettering, she analyzed data and co-authored an abstract for a symposium in San Antonio. During the summer of 2004, Ms. Hodgman was the Medicare/Medicaid Intern in Senator Edward W. Kennedy's Office in Boston and the previous summer she was a Public Health Intern at the Harvard School of Public Health, International Health Systems Group. Ms. Hodgman is a 2005 graduate of Williams College where she majored in Biology.
