Eli Schultz is a former program analyst at Mathematica Policy Research. Mr. Schultz is now a graduate student instructor at the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts. He holds a B.A. from Columbia University and is currently pursuing an M.A. in applied statistics from the Rackham Graduate School at the University of Michigan.
