Dawn Joyce, M.P.H., senior vice president, joined Impact Health Policy Partners (formerly Wynne Health Group) after 10 years of government service and program implementation at the federal, state, and local levels focused on public health, health systems, and health policy. Joyce has provided comprehensive services to health care, human services, and public health stakeholders including advocacy organizations, think tanks, multistakeholder partnerships, insurance alliances, and public health departments. Prior to joining Impact Health Policy Partners, she founded Policies & Partnerships for Health, a consultancy providing analysis, research, and strategic counsel. Before establishing her consulting firm, Joyce was health systems unit director with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. Early in her policy career, she was a staff assistant in the office of U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein. She also gained hands-on political experience as a field organizer for the successful campaign of U.S. Senator Ken Salazar. Joyce earned an M.P.H. from the University of California, Berkeley, where she focused on maternal and child health, health communications, and epidemiology.
