David C. Chin, M.D., M.B.A., is a distinguished scholar at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, where he is focusing on novel industry and academic population HIT research partnerships and preparing health systems and academic medical centers for success under value-based health care. Chin is also chairman of the board of directors for the National Committee for Quality Assurance in Washington, D.C. Before joining Hopkins, he was a senior national partner in the U.S. Healthcare Industries Advisory Practice of PwC and leader of PwC’s Academic Medical Center Practice and Global Healthcare Research Institute.
